What Goes Into Every Session
We invest 20 minutes every day in anatomy review, 30 minutes in scholarly article dissection, and 40 minutes in research examination so you can get the most out of your 60 minutes in the gym.

Technology
At Gunter Performance, we understand that the world of athletics is a rapidly progressing field with technology and data at the forefront. GP coaches have access to the latest performance and recovery technology including HyperIce, Compex, and OpenBarbell. We ensure that only research-proven equipment is incorporated in our programs, and all applicable data is used to directly influence the program for a fluid adjustment towards success.
Nutrition
At GP, we go beyond basic nutrition plans and meal recommendations. All clients are divided into one of 3 levels and coached according to their individual needs. Programming ranges from simple portioning by hand-size to specific macro/micro nutrient calculations and weigh-in preparation. Furthermore, all nutrition levels include a two-tiered approach consisting of both a meal guide and a habit development system using change psychology for long term results.
